Traditional method of Yak Products From Yak Milk
Yaks are multipurpose animals and has been played significant role in worth considering animals in social, economic and cultural aspects for the native people of Baltistan, Ladakh and Tibet. Each and every organ had been employed by the early dwellers on their daily need basis by making different Yak products in traditional way.
Ace of the specialties of this animal, it had made available almost all nutritional requirements and necessary inputs for the local nomads and farmers to sustain their everyday life.
Farmers and Yak herders of Baltistan make different products made from milk in old traditional methods.
